The short version
Use Dough for legitimate business purposes. Don’t try to extract data about other merchants. Don’t reverse-engineer the substrate primitives or the prompts. Don’t use Dough to do anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription
Dough is $49/mo per brand at public launch. You bring your own Claude API key and pay Anthropic directly for inference costs. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Your data
You own your data. We store it for you. You can export anytime. See the privacy policy for details on how we handle it.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantee at v1. If we add an SLA in Phase 2 or for Dough Scale, it’ll be in a separate addendum.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid us in the prior 12 months. We don’t guarantee specific business outcomes — Dough is a tool you operate, not a service that operates your business for you.
Changes
We’ll update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 30 days’ notice.
