What we collect
When you apply to be a design partner, we collect the information you submit on the application form: brand name, URL, revenue band, team size, tools used, your operating philosophy, why you’re interested, and your email address. We use this only to evaluate your application and contact you about the program.
When you sign up for product updates, we collect your email address. We use this to send you product updates and nothing else.
We use PostHog for product analytics — page views, scroll depth, time on page, click-through rates. PostHog data is stored in our PostHog instance and not sold or shared with third parties.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We don’t use your data to train models. The cross-merchant intelligence feature (Year 2) is opt-in only — your data never contributes to it without explicit consent.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
Your rights
You can request a full export of your data at any time. You can request deletion at any time. Email hi@dough.so for either.
Changes
We’ll update this policy as the product matures. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone with an active account or application.
